Categories of Data collected
We may collect the following Data:
Identification data such as title, surnames and first names, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address and connection data;
Information relating to your purchases of products or services such as product registration information, warranty information, date of purchase, name of reseller;

How We Collect Data

from you or your representative when purchasing your product, registering your product, visiting our websites, activity on your account, ordering a service, participation in our campaigns such as our promotional operations or our games, a comment on a product or the downloading and use of an application or during a request by telephone or e-mail to Customer Service;

available public sources;
social media, eg Facebook if you choose to use Facebook to facilitate the connection to our websites / applications.
The use of your Data
We may use your Data for the following purposes:

We process your Data for the purposes described above in order to meet our contractual obligations, on the basis of legitimate interest, or after your consent which may subsequently be withdrawn at any time by contacting us as provided. in the paragraph “How to contact us” or via an unsubscribe link present on our newsletters without affecting the legality of the processing based on consent before withdrawal.
Data we share
For the processing purposes set out above, we may share or disclose your Data:
with the French companies of the Brandt group;
with our service providers whom we use for repairs, customer service, customer support, advertising, customer satisfaction surveys, billing or sending e-mails on our behalf;
to other recipients if we are obliged to do so by virtue of legal provisions, or enforceable judicial or administrative decisions;
with a third party in the event of reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, transfer or other alienation, contemplated or actual, of all or part of our company, our assets and our shares.
When we share Data with a third party, we require them to protect and manage your Data in accordance with any legal, regulatory and contractual obligations or other instructions we give them.
International transfers of your Data Information
Your Personal Data may be transferred outside of Singapore. When we send your Personal Data outside Singapore, we will make sure that your Personal Data is protected. Please note that exercising these rights may impact our ability to provide certain services to you and that Data will remain in our records and archives for a period, in accordance with applicable law, but we will not use this information for commercial.
The security of your Data
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including requiring our service providers, business partners or professional advisers to apply appropriate measures to protect your Data.
Retention of your Data
We will only keep your Data for as long as necessary for the purposes of collection. This means that the Data will be destroyed or deleted from our systems when it is no longer needed.
